The National Call Centre is the communications hub supporting Blick Service Select. It establishes a central contact point for all customers and is accredited to ISO9001: 2000 quality standard.
Our experienced Service Desk Operators are fully trained in handling service issues, receive regular product awareness training and work to pre-defined service level agreements.
The Call Management team ensure that our Service Engineers are utilised efficiently, service calls are completed within contractual terms and that customer expectations are met through individual ownership of
customer issues.
The National Call Centre has an advanced IT and Telecommunications infrastructure in place and also has full off site business continuity facilities. |
